This policy describes the personal information LotWise collects, how it is used, and your rights over it.

What we collect: No account data. The site has no sign-up, sign-in or forms, so browsing it never asks for personal information. Every page, including the tool demos, is precomputed and served as-is.
Emails you send. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
Usage analytics. Aggregate page-view and page-performance measurements.
Operational logs. Standard request and error logs needed to run and secure the site.
How we use it: Logs are used to operate and secure the site. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics are used to understand usage and improve the site.
If you email us: We use your address and message only to reply. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your email with anyone else. We keep it no longer than the conversation needs and delete it sooner if you ask.
Third-party processors: The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the aggregate analytics described above. Email to our contact address passes through our email provider. Each provider handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention: We keep no personal records about people who browse the site. Emails are kept only as long as described above. Logs and analytics are retained only as long as the hosting provider keeps them.
Your rights: Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, including any email you have sent us. Requests can be sent through the contact page.
Cookies: The site sets no authentication cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage.
Changes: We may update this policy. The current version always lives at this page; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date.
